Self employed
If you are a sole trader, limited company director, sub-contractor or working under an umbrella company, you may have heard in the press how lenders don’t want to help you.
Well, after many years in the industry, we have built up a strong knowledge of which lenders will help self-employed clients and what documents are required. You may have just gone from being a sole trader to a director, or you may have only one year’s accounts; but this doesn’t mean you can buy a house.
We will liaise with you and your accountant to get the documents (as well as explaining the difference between an SA302 and a tax overview) that will support you mortgage application and use our specialist knowledge to find a lender that will help you whatever your employment circumstances.
